The Content Krafters is a creative marketing agency based in Mumbai, specializing in the Food & Beverage (F&B) and Hospitality industry. We work closely with restaurants, cafés, luxury hotels, and resorts to build memorable digital experiences through storytelling, strategy, and visual content.

Job Overview:
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager who lives and breathes content, trends, and the F&B space. If you’re someone who can turn great food, ambience, and experiences into scroll-stopping content – we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies for F&B and hospitality brands
• Plan monthly content calendars, reels, campaigns, and influencer activities
• Oversee daily posting, engagement, and performance tracking across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Collaborate with the design, video, and content team to bring brand stories to life
• Analyze insights and analytics to optimize growth and engagement
• Lead and manage junior team members, interns, or freelancers
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and creative formats

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of social media management experience (agency or F&B brand experience preferred)
• Strong written and spoken English skills
• Excellent understanding of Instagram and other major platforms
• Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Canva, etc.)
• Creative thinker with a flair for content, food, and hospitality
• Team player with leadership capabilities

Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)
Office Location: Malad West, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10 AM – 6:30 PM)
