Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube)

- Manage daily content and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and YouTube.

- Ensure timely posting, story updates, and interaction with followers via comments, DMs, and tags.

- Plan and execute monthly content calendars based on collection drops, campaigns, and trends.

2. Grid Planning & Visual Consistency

- Curate a visually appealing, on-brand Instagram grid tailored to the brand’s fashion identity.

- Develop layout guides, templates, and visual planning.

- Create mood boards for upcoming collections and creative directions.

3. Competitor & Trend Analysis

- Track and analyze content strategies of local and international fashion brands.

- Stay updated with fashion trends, styling formats, and digital storytelling.

- Share monthly insights and trend reports with recommendations for creative evolution.

4. Fashion Shoot Conceptualization

- Ideate and direct brand shoots, including seasonal collections, lookbooks, campaigns, and product features.

- Coordinate styling, model casting, location scouting, and shoot execution.

- Ensure brand alignment in all visual content — from high-fashion campaigns to casual BTS.

5. PR & Influencer Management

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with fashion influencers, stylists, bloggers, and media houses.

- Organize influencer seeding, PR packages, and collaboration campaigns.

- Track influencer engagement, user-generated content, and brand mentions.

6. Performance Insights & Reporting

- Monitor platform analytics for engagement, reach, and follower growth.

- Prepare monthly reports to assess content performance and refine strategy.

Skills (Preferred):

- Basic working knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Lightroom.

- Understanding of fashion storytelling, styling aesthetics, and current trends.

- Strong skills in writing compelling captions and product-focused short-form content.

- Excellent coordination and team management skills, especially during shoots or events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
