Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.).
- Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with design, PR, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across social platforms.
- Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build an active online community.
- Identify opportunities for influencer and partnership collaborations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Experience running paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Creative thinker with strong visual and design sense.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategy.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
