Sanket Communications Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Manager to lead our digital initiatives in Sambalpur. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building brand presence across platforms, creating impactful campaigns, and driving meaningful engagement in the advertising industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for client and internal branding.

· Create engaging and platform-specific content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

· Lead campaigns to enhance brand awareness and deliver measurable results.

· Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports.

· Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

· Collaborate with creative, PR, and account management teams for integrated campaigns.

Requirements:

· 5-8 years of social media management experience

· Proven success in running impactful social media campaigns.

· Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and paid promotions.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

· Creative thinker with the ability to adapt strategies for different occasions.
