We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to handle our social media platforms and drive growth that converts into sales. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and result-oriented with hands-on experience in both organic and paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

-Plan, create, schedule, and manage engaging content and campaigns.

-Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns with measurable ROI.

-Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to stay ahead.

-Engage with followers, respond to queries, and grow an active online community.

-Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to improve reach and sales conversions.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in managing social media platforms.

-Strong knowledge of paid ads, analytics, and content creation tools.

-Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.

-Ability to convert social media growth into measurable business outcomes.

Pay: ₹19,553.13 - ₹29,827.62 per month
