Overview

Natural Graze is a fast-growing livestock wellness brand offering 100% natural, vet-approved supplements. Our mission is to provide farmers and flock owners with healthier, chemical-free solutions for their animals.

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to grow our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media marketing, video content creation, and digital marketing trends, along with proficiency in social tools and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Create original, compelling short-form content (videos, graphics, captions) tailored for each platform.
  • Post consistently — 3–5 times per week across platforms, following a content calendar.
  • Conduct basic keyword research and apply SEO best practices to captions, hashtags, and video descriptions.
  • Monitor social channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries to build a strong, engaged community.
  • Track performance using Google Analytics, native insights, or other analytics tools; provide weekly reports and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand voice across campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and micro-creators in the farming and natural wellness space.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines before publishing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management with examples/portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles including branding, engagement, and e-commerce growth.
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads preferred.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights).
  • Passion for animals, farming, or natural wellness is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $250.00 - $350.00 per week

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
