Role Overview
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies, planning content calendars, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance across multiple social platforms. You will collaborate closely with our creative, copywriting, and design teams to ensure brand consistency while driving growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies & monthly content calendars for multiple brands.
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement (comments, DMs, brand interactions).
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and art directors to produce high-quality, on-brand creatives.
- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) for reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Track and analyze campaign performance; prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
- Spot trends, hashtags, and viral opportunities to keep brands culturally relevant.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, voice, and business objectives.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience managing social media for brands (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter (X), and emerging platforms.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social).
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns (targeting, budgeting, optimization).
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret insights and adjust strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and creative storytelling ability.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Experience working on 360° creative campaigns alongside creative teams.
- Familiarity with basic design editing, or video editing tools.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations.
