Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and trend-driven Social & Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong pulse on digital trends within the beauty and aesthetics space, with the ability to build engaging content, manage influencer partnerships, and elevate our online presence with a premium brand feel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat
• Source, coordinate, and manage influencer and UGC creator collaborations with clear brand direction
• Create high-quality visual and written content including reels, stories, and campaign assets
• Oversee and maintain a structured content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting
• Support in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns
• Monitor social media and influencer performance metrics, optimizing strategies based on insights
• Write compelling captions, newsletters, and marketing copy aligned with the brand voice
• Ensure consistent tone and visual identity across all digital touchpoints

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media or influencer marketing (experience in aesthetics, beauty, or luxury brands is a plus)
• Strong understanding of content trends, platform algorithms, and paid social strategies
• Skilled in content creation
• Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about aesthetics, beauty, and premium lifestyle branding
