Social Media Manager

We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a passionate and skilled Social Media Manager to join our team. This role involves not just managing our social media presence but also creating engaging content for both our company and our clients. If you're creative, tech-savvy, and know how to use mobile devices to shoot and edit short-form video content, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) as well as for client projects. This includes designing graphics, writing posts, and shooting/editing short videos.
  • Video Production: Record and edit high-quality short-form videos using mobile devices. Ensure content is optimized for social media platforms and aligns with current trends.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee daily social media activity, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement.
  • Ads Management: Set up, manage, and optimize paid social media ad campaigns across platforms. Analyze performance and make adjustments to improve results.
  • Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, track competitor activity, and refine ad targeting. Develop strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams and clients to create tailored content strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on social media performance, ad campaigns, and overall engagement metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and video editing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Experience in creating and managing social media ads, particularly on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Expertise in shooting and editing short-form videos using mobile devices (iPhone/Android).
  • Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Rush, Final Cut Pro, InShot, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling copy for different audiences.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Male candidates only (as per the company policy).
  • Ability to work on-site at our office in Milat Park, Lahore.
