Key Responsibilities
● Own scheduling and publishing for all social channels (IG, FB, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts), maintaining target cadence per brand (e.g., 12 Reels, 4 Carousels, 30 Stories/month per brand).
● Manage content calendars, hashtag strategies, copy/adaption, audience segmentation, and trend surfing. ● Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions within 2 business hours; oversee crisis and reputation management.
● Coordinate influencer/UGC creator program (outreach, onboarding, calendar, deliverables, performance review).
● Track, report, and analyze: Reach, engagement, saves, shares, profile taps, traffic and conversion rates, follower/subscriber targets.
● Collaborate with Creative/Content to drive hooks, storytelling, and community interaction.
● Execute growth and engagement strategies: AMAs, contests, story highlights,co-posting, boosts.
● Build community relationships (OEM PR, tech leaders); orchestrate LinkedIn and breakITdown channel launches.
● Manage Google Business, Marketplace social profiles as needed.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
● Follower/subscriber growth MoM per channel.
● Engagement rate (saves, shares, click-through).
● Response time for team/community interactions.
● Leads and conversion from social traffic (D2C and B2B).
● Campaign reporting and content experiment outcomes.
Requirements
● 2+ years managing social media for a tech product/service, agency, or startup; analytics reporting experience.
● In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube (content types, algorithm preferences, paid/organic tactics).
● Strong copywriting and communication skills; ability to guide creative direction and influencer partnerships.
● Comfortable in fast-response, high-volume environments.
● Hands-on with social management tools (Meta/Facebook Suite, Sprout/Hootsuite, LinkedIn analytics, YouTube Studio).
● Experience with paid ad collaboration, basic influencer contract management, crisis comms.
● Experience implementing AI solutions for rapid content creation, analytics, and audience segmentation.
● Familiar with collaborative cloud/content tools (Google Drive, Notion) for calendar and reporting.
● Comfort with ongoing experimentation—adopting new AI features, tracking results, and iterating strategy.
AI Proficiency & Tools
● Proficient with AI-enabled social scheduling, analytics, and engagement platforms (Meta Suite, LinkedIn analytics, YouTube Studio, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Notion AI).
● Skilled in using AI for copy ideation, hashtag optimization, trend prediction, and influencer discovery.
● Capable of experimenting with and integrating emerging AI tools (Adobe Firefly for content adaptation, Figma AI for branding assets, auto-caption and moderation tech).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
