The Role: Social Media Manager

You will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing winning social media strategies for both Elaterz’s brand and our select clients. This role demands creativity, analytics, and an innate understanding of various platform algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Content Creation: Conceptualize, write, and oversee the creation of engaging, on-brand content (copy, graphics, short videos) for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
  • Community Management: Actively monitor, engage with, and grow our online community, ensuring consistent brand voice and timely responses.
  • Performance Analysis: Use platform analytics and reporting tools to track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to ensure our strategies are always cutting-edge.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and manage paid social campaigns (boosting, advertising) with a focus on maximizing ROI.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience (1-3 years) managing and growing social media accounts for brands or agencies, demonstrating measurable results.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep, current knowledge of organic and paid features across major social media platforms.
  • Creative & Copywriting Skills: Strong ability to generate compelling, short-form copy and visual ideas that stop the scroll.
  • Startup Mindset: Highly resourceful, proactive, and comfortable taking full ownership of your domain with minimal supervision.
  • Collaboration Ready: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a remote team and adapt quickly during work-tours.
