About the Company

Flymedia Technology is a results-driven digital marketing company based in Ludhiana, delivering creative and performance-oriented solutions to Indian and international clients. As part of our growth, we're hiring a Social Media Executive to manage and grow our clients’ online presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content (posts, reels, stories, videos) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the graphic design and content teams to ensure brand consistency in visuals and messaging.
• Manage daily social media activities, including posting, responding to comments, and community engagement.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, etc.) and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of experience in managing social media.
