Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Powai, Mumbai

About the Role
A fast-growing company is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead its presence across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You will take full ownership of the content calendar and collaborate with design and video teams to ensure a consistent, engaging, and impactful brand voice across platforms. From real estate walkthroughs and founder-led posts to market insights and reels, your content will drive awareness, trust, and engagement with the brand's growing community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Create and publish various content formats, including static posts, reels, shorts, carousels, and repurposed blogs
  • Coordinate with design and video teams to plan and produce platform-optimized content
  • Write compelling copy for captions, headlines, and posts in the brand’s voice
  • Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, and clicks, and refine strategies accordingly
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, DMs, and LinkedIn interactions
  • Track trends, competitor activity, and identify opportunities for creative and viral campaigns
  • Collaborate with the growth and brand teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • A strong portfolio showcasing reels, shorts, and carousels
  • Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • A strong creative eye for visuals and content that resonates with target audiences
  • Ability to manage both daily content production and long-term brand strategy

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working with startups, lifestyle or D2C brands, or in the real estate industry
  • Basic video editing skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro)
  • Comfortable appearing on camera occasionally for voiceovers or behind-the-scenes content
