About the Role

I am an independent musician building my online music brand and I’m looking for a creative, consistent, and growth-focused Social Media Manager to join immediately.

Your role will be to grow my personal music pages on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, build a unique brand presence, and help take my music career to the next level digitally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow my personal social media accounts
• Plan and upload 1–2 posts/reels/shorts daily
• Edit high-quality reels/shorts (hooks, captions, transitions, B-roll, storytelling)
• Use Instagram & YouTube algorithms to grow followers and engagement
• Research trending content ideas, sounds, and strategies
• Maintain brand aesthetic and consistency
• Deliver work daily and on time

Requirements

• Social media management experience (musicians/creators niche preferred)
• Strong understanding of organic growth strategies
• Video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Creative mindset + good design sense
• Strong communication & reliability
• Immediate joining preferred

Salary

Starting from ₹5,000/month (flexible for the right talent + performance-based growth)
