Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google.

· Develop audience targeting and ad optimization strategies to improve ROI.

· Collaborate with design and content teams for creative ad visuals and captions.

· Manage both organic and paid social media activities to ensure brand consistency.

· Track and report key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, engagement rate).

· Plan content calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms.

· Drive lead generation and brand awareness through innovative campaigns.

· Coordinate with SEO, content, and digital marketing teams for integrated strategy.

· Stay up to date with latest trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.

Key Skills & Competencies

· Strong understanding of social media platforms and ad ecosystems.

· Experience in performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPL, CTR).

· Creative mindset with ability to conceptualize campaigns.

· Good analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.

· Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, and Analytics.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in social media management and paid campaigns.

· Proven record of handling campaign budgets and generating leads.

· Certification in Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Digital Marketing preferred.

Performance Metrics

· Growth in followers, engagement, and lead generation.

· CPL and ROAS targets achieved monthly.

· Consistency in brand tone, posting, and creative quality.

· Timely reports and analytics shared with management.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
