Role Summary

The Social Media Content Manager will be responsible only for researching, planning, and posting content on Facebook and Instagram for multiple brand pages. This role does not require paid ads management, community management, or reporting—only content execution and trend-based research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research latest content trends, reels ideas, and competitor strategies for Facebook & Instagram.
  • Plan and maintain a weekly content calendar.
  • Coordinate with design/video teams for final creatives.
  • Write captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions for posts.
  • Post daily content (stories, reels, static posts, carousels) according to schedule.
  • Identify viral trends, soundtracks, and hooks relevant to each brand.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
  • Share ideas for improving organic reach and engagement.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media content posting (agency preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook algorithm and content formats.
  • Ability to research trends and create content briefs.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or ability to guide a designer.
  • Good copywriting skills for short captions and storytelling.
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and proactive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
