SUMMARY:

As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, grows our online brand presence, managing day-to-day planning/posting/analytics, and community engagement. Additionally, this role will oversee the TikTok Live Selling team in partnership with the Brand Marketing Manager. This position will have direct reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement extensive overall social media strategies and content plans that vary across platforms, drive back to sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Create a biweekly posting calendar across all social channels that ladder back to the 360-marketing plans.
  • Oversee and develop the creation of compelling, on-brand content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and aesthetics.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO on select brand initiatives, ensure alignment with company vision and leadership priorities.
  • Schedules and publishes daily video and photo assets (IG, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Briefs and delegates tasks efficiently and effectively to direct reports to ensure content and social needs are met and align with the brand mission/vision.
  • Writes copy for social posts and creates social standards when it comes to tone of voice, emojis use etc.
  • Amplifies the company voice across social media DMs by responding to social media posts and developing discussions within a timely manner.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Dash Social to monitor performance, gain insights, and refine strategies to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Cultivate a loyal online community by engaging with followers and other social accounts staying relevant in pop culture.
  • Researches and conducts competitive analysis within the beauty industry to identify best-in-class trends and direction.
  • Manage and track social media budgets to ensure spending stays on target and delivers strong results.
  • Produces and directs engaging in office and off-site content including but not limited to photo capture, photo/video editing, and more.
  • Develop and manage the brand’s live streaming schedule, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align content, product features, and promotional events.
  • Appears on camera content and partakes in TikTok/IG lives when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

● 3+ years of experience in leading social strategy with a demonstrated portfolio of work ● Beauty Experience preferred

● Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and management skills

● Detail-oriented and passionate about social media

● Keen eye for typography, visual design and photography

● Proactive team player and collaborator

● Strong multi-tasker and ability to handle high-volume of work under tight deadlines ● Organized with exceptional time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
