Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our growing hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, strong visual storytelling skills, and a passion for food, nightlife, and guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage social media strategies across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Create engaging and on-brand content that reflects our restaurant’s identity and atmosphere
• Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to promote events, new menu launches, and campaigns
• Engage with followers, influencers, and online communities to build brand awareness
• Analyze social media performance and optimize content based on insights
• Stay updated on digital trends, competitor activity, and industry innovations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of social media management experience, ideally in restaurants, nightlife, or hospitality
• Proven ability to grow and engage online audiences
• Strong content creation skills (photo, video, captions, and storytelling)
• Knowledge of paid promotions and digital analytics tools
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
• A passion for hospitality, nightlife, and guest experiences
