Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Curation:
- Oversee content planning and creation across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Ensure content is high-quality, relevant, engaging, and aligned with the company Market’s brand voice.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Adjust campaigns based on performance insights to maximize impact.
Brand Voice & Messaging:
- Maintain consistency in the company’s brand voice, values, and identity across all social media communications.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.
- Use insights to refine social media strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
Community Engagement:
- Foster an active and engaged online community.
- Respond promptly to customer feedback, comments, and direct messages to enhance the customer experience.
Influencer Partnerships:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, and brand partners to amplify reach and engagement.
Trends & Insights:
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and platform updates.
- Recommend and implement best practices to keep the company Market at the forefront of digital marketing.
Paid Social Media:
- Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns achieve ROI, reach, and engagement targets.
Content Calendar Management:
- Plan, organize, and schedule content across platforms.
- Ensure consistent and timely publication aligned with marketing objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with analytics tools and performance tracking.
