Social Media Manager

About Us:

Upswing Digital is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping brands build a strong online presence through innovative strategies and creative content. We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is passionate about storytelling, branding, and driving engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns
• Manage social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, etc.) and analyze performance
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals and videos
• Respond to followers’ comments, DMs, and engagement activities
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1–2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive/Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Meta, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
• Basic understanding of paid ads and analytics tools
• Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or any design tools
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools
• Basic knowledge of influencer marketing or content strategy

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skill set)
