Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative, confident, and hands-on Social Media Manager to lead social media strategies and bring ideas to life through engaging content. The ideal candidate should be someone who thinks creatively, understands brand tonality, and can direct shoots with a strong visual sense.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands
• Plan, direct, and creatively lead shoots for social media content
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, and clients to bring ideas to life
• Manage content calendars, oversee posting, and ensure consistent brand voice
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns
• Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a creative or digital marketing agency
• Strong creative direction and content ideation skills
• Experience in handling shoots (fashion, product, or lifestyle preferred)
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• A strong sense of aesthetics and social media trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
