Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across all social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent content creation skills, and the ability to engage our community to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, videos, etc.) across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers to build a loyal community.
• Track KPIs and use analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite) to measure performance and optimize content strategy.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to support campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
• Monitor competitors and industry leaders to identify growth opportunities and emerging tactics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 4-5 years of proven experience in managing social media accounts for brand or agencies.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective audiences and algorithms.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media scheduling platforms.
• Experience with paid social campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is an advantage.
• Good command on English
