1. Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute tailored social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with brand tone and goals.
  • Plan monthly social media calendars and coordinate content approvals.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams for creatives, captions, and hashtags.

2. Content Creation & Campaigns

  • Conceptualize and oversee engaging content — videos, reels, carousels, and campaigns.
  • Run and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads).
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.

3. Lead Generation

  • Design and execute lead generation funnels for service-based and product-based businesses.
  • Set up targeted ad campaigns, landing pages, and lead magnets to capture potential clients.
  • Track, qualify, and analyze incoming leads from different sources.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and ensure conversion.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Measure KPIs — engagement rate, reach, impressions, CTR, cost per lead, and ROI.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and improvement strategies.

5. Client Coordination

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communication.
  • Conduct strategy calls, gather briefs, and present campaign results.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration between content writers, graphic designers, and ad specialists.
