Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage our social media presence, grow our online community, and strengthen our brand visibility across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create engaging content that drives measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

~ Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

~ Create engaging, high-quality content including posts, reels, videos, graphics, and stories

~ Monitor social media channels, respond to customer queries, and engage with the audience

~ Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting

~ Track performance metrics, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and suggest improvements

~ Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams for campaigns and promotions

~ Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing

~ Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications:

~ Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

~ Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends

~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

~ Creativity and ability to think outside the box

~ Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)

~Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
