Job Overview

AppCare Solutions is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand and client presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of digital trends, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Gujarati to connect with regional audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and client goals.
• Plan monthly content calendars and campaign ideas.
• Identify trends relevant to Gujarati and regional audiences.

Content Creation & Management

• Create, curate, and manage engaging content in Gujarati and English.
• Write captions, scripts, and creatives for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Coordinate with designers and video editors for reels, posts, and ads.

Community Management

• Handle comments, messages, and queries professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with followers and clients.
• Maintain consistent brand tone and voice.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Optimize content and campaigns based on insights.

Paid Campaigns (Optional but Preferred)

• Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns.
• Assist in budgeting, targeting, and A/B testing.

Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools.
• Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / video editing is an advantage.

Language Requirement (Mandatory)

• Fluent in Gujarati (Read, Write, Speak)
• Good command of English and Hindi.
