Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and creative Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy, amplify brand awareness, and drive engagement across platforms. You’ll be responsible for shaping Frodoh’s voice online, creating compelling content, monitoring trends, and supporting broader marketing campaigns that showcase our CTV and advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:

Define and implement social media strategies aligned with Frodoh’s brand, business goals, and industry trends.

Plan and maintain a social content calendar across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and others.

Content Creation & Publishing:

Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, visuals, videos, stories and carousel content.

Collaborate with design, video, and content teams to produce high-quality, brand-aligned creative assets.

Community Engagement:

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic way.

Analytics & Reporting:

Trend Monitoring:

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 2–3 years in social media management, preferably in technology, advertising, or digital media.

Platforms: Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and emerging channels.

Content Production: Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and short-form video formats.
