Job Description:

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and managing social media initiatives, including content scheduling, community engagement, Meta Ads management, and performance reporting. This role supports the overall digital marketing and social media strategy by delivering timely, engaging content, fostering active platform engagement, and collaborating with internal teams to drive digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage day‑to‑day social media activities across platforms.

● Create and oversee compelling social media content ideas aligned with brand strategy.

● Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

● Prepare briefs for visuals and short videos in collaboration with the creative team.

● Plan, execute, and optimize Meta paid advertising campaigns.

● Conduct audience research to identify trends and opportunities.

● Analyze social media metrics to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.

● Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

● Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

● Hands‑on experience in social media management, content creation, and campaign execution.

● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategy.
