We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager

Location: Kumbakonam
Company: Jayam Ads Media
Experience: 1–3 years (Agency experience preferred)

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage social media content for multiple client accounts
• Handle platforms like Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube & Google Business
• Create monthly content calendars and posting schedules
• Coordinate with design & video teams for creatives and reels
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and basic ad copies
• Monitor insights, engagement, and performance reports
• Respond to comments, messages, and page interactions professionally
• Stay updated with trends, reels, audios, and platform algorithms

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of social media platforms & trends
• Basic knowledge of Meta ads & boosting posts (added advantage)
• Good communication skills (Tamil & English)
• Creative thinking and content ideas
• Ability to handle multiple brands and deadlines
• Basic knowledge of Canva / content tools is a plus

Qualification

• Any degree (Skill & attitude matter more than certificates)
