We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Manager who doesn’t just post content — but builds a brand voice, sparks conversations, and drives growth.

This role is perfect for someone who lives on Instagram, thinks in reels and stories, and can impactful content in both English and Tamil. If you love storytelling, video-first content, and digital campaigns that actually perform — this role is for you.

What You’ll Own & Lead

• Shape and execute our end-to-end social media strategy
• Plan, structure, and manage a monthly content calendar
• Write engaging captions, scripts, and campaign content in English & Tamil
• Conceptualise reels, short-form videos, and storytelling content
• Coordinate with designers and video editors for smooth execution
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, comments, and DMs
• Launch and manage creative campaigns aligned with brand goals
• Track trends, competitors, and platform updates to stay ahead
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly growth reports
• Continuously refine content based on audience behaviour and insights

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook algorithms
• Excellent writing skills in English and Tamil
• A video-first mindset (reels, hooks, storytelling)
• Creative thinking with consistency and discipline
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
