Social Media Manager

We’re hiring a social media specialist who is Gen-Z, internet-native and AI-savvy

• Lives and breathes Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Reels, Stories
• Knows what’s trending before it trends
• Uses AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, CapCut AI, etc.)
• Can turn serious topics like immigration into scroll-stopping content

This role is about speed, creativity, tech, and culture — not boring posting.

What You’ll Do: Content & Trends

• Spot daily & weekly trends on:
• Instagram
• YouTube Shorts
• X (Twitter)
• Turn trends into:
• Reels
• Short videos
• Carousel posts
• Adapt trends without damaging brand credibility

AI-Powered Creation

• Use AI for:
• Script ideas
• Hooks & captions
• Visual concepts
• Content repurposing
• Experiment with:
• AI video tools
• Voiceovers
• Automation & content scaling
• Constantly test new tools & formats

Video, Reels & Shorts

• Write short-form scripts (15–60 seconds)
• Work with editors or edit yourself
• Focus on:
• Hooks
• Retention
• Engagement
• Think platform-first, not one-size-fits-all

Growth & Performance

• Help grow:
• Followers
• Engagement
• Reach
• Understand:
• What performs
• What dies
• Why something went viral
• Suggest improvements based on insights

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Are Gen-Z or Gen-Z-minded
