We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Content Editor & Video Editing Specialist to work closely with our team and partners. Your primary role will be to edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, optimize captions, hashtags, and formats, and help grow our digital presence across platforms.

If you understand what works on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Reels, and can turn raw footage into engaging, high-performing content — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibility

Edit videos for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts )hooks, B-roll, sound effects, and music

Optimize content for each platform’s algorithm (format, length, pacing)

Write engaging captions and research relevant hashtags

Repurpose one piece of content into multiple platform-specific formats

Maintain brand consistency in visuals, tone, and messaging

Collaborate with founders and partners on content ideas and posting strategy

Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, and best practices

Deliver content on time and manage multiple projects efficiently
