Social Media Manager

Velocity Digital Marketing is seeking a results-driven Social Media Manager to plan, execute, and optimize social media strategies across multiple client accounts. The role requires strong platform knowledge, content planning expertise, and the ability to manage day-to-day social operations while aligning with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs
• Manage and publish content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X
• Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans
• Coordinate with design, content, and performance teams to ensure timely execution
• Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and community interactions
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations
• Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media touchpoints

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years of hands-on social media management experience (agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and content formats
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Working knowledge of analytics tools and reporting (Meta Insights, third-party tools, etc.)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads)
• Basic understanding of influencer marketing workflows
• Familiarity with content scheduling and collaboration tools

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturdays: Work From Home
