About the Role:

Maven Jobs is looking for a creative and strategy-driven Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive who has hands-on experience managing both Organic and Paid social media campaigns, with a strong focus on Organic growth. The ideal candidate should be capable of building brand presence, growing the right audience, and driving engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute organic social media strategies to grow audience and engagement
• Manage and optimize SM profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, FB and YouTube
• Create platform-specific content strategies for business growth and brand visibility
• Plan content calendars and publish posts using automation tools like Buffer, Metricool, or Publer
• Design high-quality social media creatives using Canva
• Create and edit Reels, Shorts, or basic videos (added advantage)
• Analyze performance metrics and improve content based on insights
• Manage paid social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn Ads) as a plus
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns, branding, and messaging

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1+ year of experience in Social Media Marketing
• Strong experience in Organic Social Media Growth
• Proven knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube strategies
• Good designing skills using Canva
• Understanding of hashtags, posting timing, and audience behavior
• Strong communication and content planning skills

Good to Have (Plus Points):

• Experience with Paid Social Media Ads
• Basic video editing or reel creation skills
• Knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking
• Experience working with business or brand-focused accounts
• Hands-on experience with social media automation & scheduling tools (Buffer, Metricool, Publer, or similar)
