Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s social media presence. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong analytical skills who can build impactful campaigns, drive engagement, and align social media efforts with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to effectively reach the target audience and achieve marketing objectives.
- Create engaging and compelling content across social media platforms, including posts, articles, and visual assets, aligned with the brand voice.
- Manage the content calendar, schedule posts, and ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights, updates, and information for relevant content creation.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages and fostering meaningful conversations to build brand loyalty.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities and enhance social media effectiveness.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance to optimize strategies and meet KPIs.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to align social media initiatives with company-wide campaigns.
Requirements
- Degree or MBA in Marketing, Communication Studies, Journalism, Creative Writing, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in an advertising or digital agency.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Flexible, engaging, and impactful writing style.
- Solid understanding of engagement metrics and performance tracking.
- Experience in creating and executing full-scale social media campaigns.
- Passion for advertising with a strategic and results-driven mindset.
