Job Title: Social Media Manager
Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Onsite role- Sector 74 Mohali

About the Role: We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, Snapchat, and more.
  • Manage end-to-end paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), including audience targeting, budget management, and performance optimization.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, etc.) to monitor campaign performance.
  • Create engaging, platform-specific content (posts, stories, reels, graphics, etc.) in collaboration with creative and design teams.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and nurture online communities by actively engaging with users through comments, DMs, and interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of campaign analytics, event tracking, and pixel implementation.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of traditional marketing and content strategy is a plus.
