About the Role

Artwing Studios is on the lookout for a dynamic Social media/Account Manager with strong expertise in managing digital brands, social media communications, and client relationships. This is a full-time, onsite role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and has a solid agency background.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategically plan, schedule, and manage social media content for multiple lifestyle brands

- Act as a point of contact between the client and internal creative teams, ensuring clarity and efficiency in communication

- Develop engaging content ideas and brand strategies to enhance digital presence, increase engagement, and boost brand equity

- Monitor and manage online communities for assigned brands, ensuring timely responses and community growth

- Oversee the brand's e-commerce presence and coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely executions

- Lead campaign briefs, pitch ideas, and contribute to brainstorming sessions for upcoming projects

Requirements

- Agency experience is a must — Minimum of 3-4 years in a similar role within a creative or digital agency setting

- Proven track record of managing multiple brands or clients simultaneously

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines

- Proficiency in social media tools, analytics platforms, and content planning tools

- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, production, and strategy teams

- Academic background in Media Sciences, Advertising, Marketing, or Communications is preferred
