Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to handle and grow our brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across multiple social media platforms while working onsite with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content
• Manage daily posts, stories, reels, and audience engagement
• Monitor messages, comments, and respond promptly
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase reach and engagement
• Analyze insights and prepare performance reports
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithms
• Coordinate with the design and marketing team for campaigns

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent communication and content-writing skills
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work onsite and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools
• Experience with paid social media promotions
