Job Title: Social Media Manager (Paid Internship)

Key Responsibilities

• Improve reach, engagement, and follower growth across platforms
• Daily posting on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
• Create and edit reels, carousels, and short videos
• Research and execute trends aligned with MAPOG / Story by MAPOG
• Write captions, research hashtags, and schedule posts

Requirements

• Good understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Basic knowledge of content editing tools (Canva, CapCut, AI Tools, etc.)
• Creative thinking and consistency in posting
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
