Social Media Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager with a strong command of Marathi and English and prior experience handling political or public figure accounts, brands etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, strategizing, and growing the digital presence of political leaders or organizations through engaging and impactful content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the political vision, events, and campaigns.
• Create, write, and publish content in Marathi and English across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Manage daily posting, community engagement, and comment moderation.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns for elections, rallies, announcements, and public outreach.
• Monitor trends, online sentiment, and political narratives to respond proactively.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and PR teams to produce impactful visuals and reels.
• Track performance metrics and prepare reports on engagement, reach, and campaign success.
• Stay updated on political developments, Marathi culture, and regional audience preferences.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in handling political, corporate or social campaign social media.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in Marathi & English (fluent grammar, tone, and cultural understanding).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media algorithms.
• Ability to create engaging copy, captions, and campaign narratives.
• Familiarity with content scheduling, ad campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
• High attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Political Science, or Marketing.
• Experience managing verified or high-following political/social accounts.
• Understanding of Maharashtra’s political and cultural landscape.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
