Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting business goals across multiple social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives
- Manage and grow company presence across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok)
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels)
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online communities
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (if applicable)
- Track, analyze, and report performance using analytics tools
- Manage social media calendars and campaigns
- Ensure brand voice and tone consistency across all platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, Meta Business Suite)
- Basic understanding of graphic design/video tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience running paid social media ads
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals
- Experience in Real Estate
- Influencer marketing or community management experience
