Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager with hands-on experience in running social media ads and lead generation campaigns. The role focuses on building brand presence, generating quality leads, and supporting business growth through social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan and execute content calendars, posts, reels, and captions
• Run and monitor social media ad campaigns
• Generate and track leads through social media platforms
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead follow-up
• Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries
• Prepare basic performance and lead reports
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager / Executive
• Hands-on experience in running social media ads
• Knowledge of lead generation strategies
• Good understanding of audience targeting and campaign optimization
• Strong communication and content skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets

Added Advantage (Preferred)

• Knowledge of Graphic Designing
• Experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar
