We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Manager who understands how to create attention-grabbing hooks, promotional content, and high-performing campaigns. This role requires a strong grasp of social media algorithms, content strategy, SEO basics, and paid advertising on Meta & Google, along with the ability to manage multiple brand pages and coordinate internal teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Growth

• Create catchy hooks and promotional content that drive engagement and inquiries
• Plan and execute platform-specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn
• Understand and leverage social media algorithms, trends, and formats
• Optimize content for reach, watch time, and conversions

Paid Ads & SEO

• Plan and manage Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
• Coordinate creatives, targeting, budgets, and funnels
• Basic SEO optimization for captions, descriptions, and YouTube
• Track ad performance and improve ROI

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor insights across all platforms
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Analyse content performance and suggest improvements
• Track leads generated from social media efforts

Team Coordination

• Manage multiple brand pages simultaneously
• Coordinate with content writers, designers, and video editors
• Ensure timely posting and campaign execution
• Maintain content calendars and task workflows

Key Skills Required

• Strong ability to write high-conversion hooks & captions
• Deep understanding of Instagram & YouTube algorithms
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
• Analytical mindset with reporting skills
• SEO knowledge (plus point)
• Multi-tasking across multiple brand accounts
• Good communication and leadership skills

Eligibility

• 2–5 years experience in social media management
• Proven track record of growing pages or campaigns
• Hands-on experience with ads & analytics tools
• Real estate / lifestyle niche experience is a plus
