About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong content creation skills, a good understanding of trends, and the ability to drive engagement through strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Create high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
• Plan and schedule content using social media tools.
• Monitor trends and apply them creatively to improve visibility and engagement.
• Increase brand awareness through innovative campaigns and collaborations.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the design, marketing, and sales teams for coordinated campaigns.
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices.
• Manage paid promotions and boost campaigns when required.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
• Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) preferred.
• Prior experience in content creation, copywriting, or influencer coordination.
• Good communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of social media experience (agency or brand side preferred).
