Role Summary

Smartt AI is looking for a Social Media Manager to drive content planning, brand

storytelling, and engagement across Smartt AI (B2B) and Smartt Shop (B2C). This role

includes managing the founder's LinkedIn and coordinating all content with our internal

designer and UGC partners. You will lead daily publishing, reporting, and performance

tracking, working closely with internal marketplace, creative, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Smartt AI and Smartt Shop social accounts on alternating days (3 days/week

each).

- Manage and post 4x/week on the founder’s LinkedIn profile.

- Own and maintain monthly content calendars.

- Coordinate with the internal designer and UGC agency for all visual deliverables.

- Write captions, approve final posts, and publish content.

- Track performance KPIs (engagement, reach, growth) and report weekly/monthly.

- Strategize and execute content formats around offers, launches, behind-the-scenes

moments, and thought leadership.

- Maintain brand voice consistency while adapting tone for B2B vs B2C audiences.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of social media experience (agency or in-house).

- Strong content planning and copywriting ability.

- Familiar with B2B, marketplace, and UGC-style formats.

- Skilled in platform-native strategy (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).

- Experience working with design/UGC teams for content execution.

- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Tools You'll Use

- Google Sheets / Notion for calendar and planning.

- WhatsApp / Telegram for cross-team coordination.

- Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.

Working Structure

- 6 working days/week.

- 9 hours/day availability for daily publishing, approvals, and tracking.

- Egypt-based hybrid preferred (remote acceptable for high-performers).

Compensation

- Salary: EGP 12,000 – 15,000/month.

- Variable: EGP 2,000 – 4,000/month based on performance and consistency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£12,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
