We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to lead our presence across multiple platforms and manage our online communities effectively.

Role Overview:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing Matlay’s social media channels, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Snapchat, and WhatsApp. The role includes content creation, posting, community management, performance analysis, and running paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and WhatsApp.
• Create, schedule, and post engaging content tailored to each platform.
• Manage and engage with online communities to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
• Monitor social media performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights.
• Plan and execute social media ad campaigns to drive growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand strategy.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, WhatsApp).
• Strong understanding of community management and audience engagement.
• Experience in running and analyzing social media ad campaigns.
• Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
• Must be available to work on-site in Lahore.
