QUALIFICATION:

3+ years of social media management experience, preferably in an agency.

Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools.

Strong content strategy, campaign management, and audience engagement skills.

Ability to manage multiple platforms and deliver data-driven insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy across platforms

Create engaging content (graphics, videos, reels) and maintain a consistent brand voice

Manage paid social campaigns to boost engagement and conversions

Foster audience interaction and enhance brand reputation

Analyze performance metrics and optimize for maximum ROI

PREFERRED:

Experience with influencer collaborations and viral campaign strategies.

Familiarity with AI-driven social media analytics.
