We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager (Part-Time)

BG is a fast-growing digital agency working with charities and NGOs worldwide. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can confidently manage client communication and oversee social media calendars from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Speak directly with clients to understand their expectations, goals, and content needs.
• Plan and manage monthly social media calendars based on client input.
• Coordinate with internal teams (copywriters & designers) to brief, review, and deliver content.
• Share content with clients, collect approvals, and manage revisions.
• Schedule posts across social media platforms.
• Ensure deadlines are met and content quality is consistently high.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management or account handling.
• Experience working with clients and creative teams (designers & copywriters).
• Fluent, clear, and conversational English — must be able to communicate professionally and naturally with clients.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience scheduling posts on social media platforms.
• Experience with nonprofit or mission-driven clients is highly preferred.
