Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with business goals
- Manage and grow platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others
- Plan monthly content calendars including reels, posts, stories, and campaigns
- Coordinate with content creators, video presenters, and design team
- Run paid ad campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
- Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, CPL, conversions)
- Optimize campaigns based on analytics and insights
- Stay updated with social media trends and real estate market updates
- Handle community management and respond to inquiries/messages
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management (real estate experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and performance marketing
- Experience with content planning tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Prop-Tech or real estate marketing
- Basic graphic design or video editing knowledge
- SEO and content marketing understanding
- Data-driven decision-making ability
