Social Media Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with business goals
  • Manage and grow platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others
  • Plan monthly content calendars including reels, posts, stories, and campaigns
  • Coordinate with content creators, video presenters, and design team
  • Run paid ad campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
  • Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, CPL, conversions)
  • Optimize campaigns based on analytics and insights
  • Stay updated with social media trends and real estate market updates
  • Handle community management and respond to inquiries/messages

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management (real estate experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and performance marketing
  • Experience with content planning tools and analytics platforms
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Prop-Tech or real estate marketing
  • Basic graphic design or video editing knowledge
  • SEO and content marketing understanding
  • Data-driven decision-making ability

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
