Social Media Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong content strategy skills, performance marketing knowledge, and experience in healthcare or service industries (preferred).

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Business, etc.)
  • Develop monthly social media calendars aligned with marketing goals
  • Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads preferred)
  • Handle patient enquiries/leads generated through social media and coordinate with the reception/marketing team
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and prepare reports
  • Manage brand image, tone, and consistency across platforms
  • Coordinate with doctors, designers, and management for promotions, campaigns, and awareness programs
  • Stay updated with social media trends, healthcare marketing regulations, and platform updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in social media marketing (healthcare experience is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, and analytics tools
  • Excellent content writing skills (English mandatory, Arabic is an advantage)
  • Experience with reels, short videos, creatives, and captions
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • UAE experience preferred
