Social Media Manager

We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to manage and enhance the digital presence, public image, and thought leadership positioning of the CEO. This role blends executive branding, PR strategy, and high-impact social media management to build credibility, influence, and engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a personal branding strategy for the CEO across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan, write, and publish high-quality posts, articles, and thought-leadership content aligned with the CEO’s voice and business vision.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities including scheduling, engagement, comments, and DMs.
  • Coordinate with PR, marketing, and content teams to ensure messaging consistency.
  • Monitor brand mentions, media coverage, and online reputation.
  • Identify speaking opportunities, collaborations, podcasts, and PR features.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content based on analytics and trends.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing executive or personal brand social media accounts.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of PR positioning and reputation management.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn growth strategy and professional audience engagement.
  • Familiarity with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, etc.).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive communications.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand tone.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in PR, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Experience working directly with C-level executives.
  • Knowledge of crisis communication strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
